Receptionist/Administrator - Nottingham City Centre
Office-Based - Full-Time
Up to £26,000 per annum

Working 8.30am-5pm or 9am - 5.30pm

My client is currently looking for a Receptionist/Administrator to join our team in the heart of Nottingham City Centre.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact, both in person and over the phone, while also playing a key role in supporting day-to-day administrative operations.


What You Will Be Doing:

  • Welcoming visitors and clients to the office with a warm, professional manner
  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls
  • Managing meeting rooms and preparing refreshments for guests and meetings
  • Handling incoming and outgoing post
  • Assisting with general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scanning and document management
  • Supporting various departments with ad hoc admin duties as required

What They are Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role
  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and general office equipment
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness to help where needed
