Customer Care Coordinator
Location: Leicester
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Employment Type: Permanent
Working Arrangement: Office-based with potential hybrid flexibility

Macildowie are working with this client based in Leicester, a leading and award-winning name within the housebuilding and residential development industry, to recruit a Customer Care Coordinator.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting homeowners, coordinating the resolution of aftercare issues, and ensuring an efficient and professional customer experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all incoming customer queries by phone and email, ensuring a professional and timely response in line with service standards.

  • Schedule appointments for Customer Care Operatives, subcontractors, and suppliers while maintaining accurate records.

  • Support the delivery of the company's Customer Care Charter and adhere to NHBC and internal best practice standards.

  • Liaise directly with homeowners to identify and prioritise needs, ensuring each issue is resolved promptly.

  • Monitor recurring issues and provide regular feedback to management to drive continuous improvement.

  • Update Dynamics and other internal systems to ensure all records are accurate and up to date.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in a customer coordination, administration, or service role - ideally within construction, housing, or property.

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills with a strong customer focus.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Confident IT user with strong attention to detail.
