Job Description

MY client in Ilkeston is looking for a customer service administrator to join their business.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about customer service and wants to make a positive impact on our customer's experiences.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate information about products/orders.
  • Respond to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a positive and effective manner.
  • Maintain customer records and update customer information as needed.
  • Answer all enquiries via phone, email and livechat
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.

Your hours of work will be Monday to Friday 08:30 - 5pm, with a 30 minute lunch break making a total of 40 hours per week.

The role is paying up to £30,000.
