My client a are seeking a proactive and organised Office Administrator to join their team at their Colwick (Nottingham) office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative experience who thrives in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
About the Role
My client a is looking to recruit an Office Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day running of the office. You'll provide essential administrative support across the business, helping teams stay organised, efficient, and focused.
Key Responsibilities
Managing general office administration and documentation
Handling incoming enquiries and providing excellent customer service
Updating and maintaining CRM systems
Supporting internal teams with scheduling, data entry, and reporting
Ensuring office processes run efficiently and professionally
About You
They ae looking for someone who brings energy, accuracy, and a positive approach to their work. The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience in an administrative support role
Strong IT and organisational skills
Experience using CRM systems (essential)
Familiarity with BigChange (highly desirable)
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
A reliable and professional attitude
What They Offer
Competitive salary of £26,000-£28,000, depending on experience
Friendly and supportive working environment
Full‑time, stable hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:30
