Macildowie are exclusively partnering with a thriving business based in Loughborough, renowned for delivering essential life and property safety services nationwide. As the business continues to grow, they're now seeking a driven and detail-focused Billing Administrator to take ownership of their invoicing process within a high-performing finance team.
Billing Administrator
Salary: £25,000-£27,000
Employment type: Permanent, full-time
Working arrangement: Initially fully office-based; 1-day hybrid working available post-probation. Core hours 08:30-17:00.

Key responsibilities
Create and issue daily service and maintenance invoices
Request and manage customer purchase orders
Review and validate cost items recorded by engineers
Resolve and follow up on invoice disputes
Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external customers
What we're looking for
Experience in a similar billing, invoicing, or finance admin role
Strong communication skills and confidence managing queries
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy under pressure
