Location: Coalville, Leicestershire
Salary: Competitive (pro-rata, depending on experience)
Contract: Permanent, Part-Time (20 hours per week, ideally across 5 days)
Start Date: Immediate

We're supporting a market-leading global manufacturer of hygiene and infection-control products in their search for a talented Credit Controller to join their finance team.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing the company's debtor ledger, ensuring timely payment of invoices, and maintaining strong relationships with customers across the globe.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Proactively chasing outstanding debts via phone and email
  • Allocating payments and reconciling accounts accurately
  • Producing aged debt reports and escalating overdue accounts where necessary
  • Monitoring credit limits and managing credit risk
  • Working closely with sales and finance teams to resolve disputes
  • Assisting with ad hoc finance administration

The Ideal Candidate

You'll be someone who is:

  • Experienced in credit control or accounts receivable
  • A confident communicator with a professional approach to debtor management
  • Organised and detail-focused, with strong Excel skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
