Job Role - Accounts Payable Administrator
Location - Gamston, Nottingham (Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days home)
Salary - £25,000 per annum
Type - Permanent, full-time (37.5 hours per week, flexible around 8am-5pm)
We're delighted to be working with a well-established and family-owned business based in Gamston, Nottingham, who are looking to recruit an Accounts Payable Administrator to join their friendly and supportive finance team.

Reporting to the Group Finance Manager, this is a key role within the Finance Department - ideal for someone who thrives on accuracy, enjoys a methodical approach to their work, and takes pride in maintaining strong supplier relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Process large volumes of supplier invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely and correct payments
- Prepare and process supplier payment runs
- Resolve invoice and delivery discrepancies, including pricing issues
- Reconcile supplier statements to maintain accurate financial records
- Liaise directly with suppliers to resolve queries and maintain positive working relationships
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an Accounts Payable or similar finance admin role
- Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail
- Experience with invoice reconciliation
- Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level essential)
- Proactive, organised, and able to manage deadlines effectively
Package:
- £25,000 annual salary
