We are working with a leading business based in Wellingborough who are seeking a Finance Business Partner to join their high-performing team as they continue to drive growth and operational excellence.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on adding value, challenging the status quo, and translating financial data into clear, actionable insights that shape business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior managers and operational leads, building strong relationships across the business.
- Provide insightful financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting support to inform strategic decisions.
- Translate complex financial information into clear, commercially focused commentary for non-financial stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve profitability, performance, and process efficiencies.
- Support month-end reporting and financial planning cycles, ensuring accuracy and clarity of financial results.
- Partner on business cases, investment decisions, and operational improvement projects.
Experience:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent.
- Commercially oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Confident communicator who can challenge, influence, and support stakeholders at all levels.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI/reporting tools is advantageous.
