Senior Purchase Ledger Assistant - Oakham
£28,000 - £32,000 | Full-Time | Permanent | Fully Office-Based
Macildowie are working with this client based in Oakham, Rutland to recruit a Senior Purchase Ledger Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing retail business at a key time in its journey, having recently expanded operations.
This is a fully office-based role working from their high-turnover Oakham site, with flexibility on working hours between 8:00am and 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.
You will play a pivotal role in leading the Purchase Ledger function, supporting a team of two, and working closely with the Assistant Management Accountant and Head of Finance. You will take ownership of payment runs, supplier statement reconciliation, invoice checking and systems control - including the use of Xero and AI-driven invoice processing tools.
