Legal Cashier

We are seeking an experienced Legal Cashier to join our Finance team based in Nottingham City Centre. This is a key position within the business, with full responsibility for maintaining client and office ledgers in line with the Solicitors' Accounts Rules.
This role would suit a proactive and detail-focused individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced professional services environment and takes pride in accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Processing inbound payments for both office and client accounts
Managing and resolving payment exceptions, liaising closely with finance and legal teams
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date electronic financial records
Processing financial documentation in line with internal controls and regulatory requirements
About You
Highly detail-oriented with strong IT and keyboard skills
Able to work accurately under pressure and meet critical deadlines
Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude
Confident communicator with the ability to build strong working relationships
Comfortable working in a lively, fast-paced environment
