Finance Assistant
Location: Hybrid
Salary: Up to £29,000 per annum

The Role
As Finance Assistant, you will support the day-to-day running of the finance function, ensuring transactions are processed accurately and efficiently. You'll work closely with the wider team, contributing to month-end processes and helping to maintain strong financial controls across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Processing purchase ledger and sales ledger transactions
Managing invoices, payments and supplier queries
Assisting with bank reconciliations and cash postings
Supporting month-end close activities
Maintaining accurate financial records
Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders
Supporting continuous process improvement within finance
About You
Previous experience in a finance or accounts role
Experience using Microsoft Dynamics (essential)
Exposure to e-commerce platforms highly desirable
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Confident communicator, able to work across teams
Good Excel skills
Proactive, adaptable and keen to learn
