Credit Controller (Part Time - 20 to 25 hours per week)
Location: Office-based - Kettering
Hours: 20-25 hours per week (approx. 5 hours per day, flexible between 9am-6pm)
Salary: Up to £30,000 pro rata (depending on experience)
Reports to: Finance Controller

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Credit Controller to take ownership of credit control activities as the business continues to grow. This is a part-time role and would suit someone who enjoys relationship-led credit control and wants consistent, flexible working hours.
You will work closely with the finance team and receive support from internal teams who have strong customer relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Managing and reducing aged debt (currently c. £400k)
- Chasing overdue balances via phone and email
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Resolving payment queries calmly and professionally
- Keeping credit control records accurate and up to date
- Liaising with internal teams to support collections
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in a credit control role
- Confident communicator with a patient, relationship-focused approach
- Comfortable dealing with customers where English may not be their first language
- Organised, resilient, and detail-focused
- Happy working part time in an office-based role
