Senior HR Business Partner - Nottinghamshire

Location: Nottinghamshire (Hybrid - 2-3 days on site)
Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 + benefits
Contract: Permanent | Full-time

The Role

As Senior HR Business Partner, you'll work closely with senior leaders to drive strategic workforce initiatives that support both people and business performance. You'll act as a trusted advisor, offering expert guidance on organisational design, leadership capability, and employee engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

• Partnering with senior leadership teams to develop and implement people strategies aligned to business objectives.
• Leading on organisational change, including restructures, transformation, and talent development.
• Providing expert advice on complex ER cases and employment law matters.
• Using data and insight to inform decision-making and shape workforce planning.
• Coaching and developing leaders to enhance capability and performance.
• Collaborating across the wider HR function (Talent, Reward, OD, and L&D) to deliver seamless people solutions.

About You

We're looking for a credible, proactive, and strategic HR professional who can balance long-term vision with day-to-day delivery.

You'll bring:

• Significant experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HRBP in a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• A proven track record in leading organisational change and transformation.
• Excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent experience).
