HR Business Partner
£45,000 - £52,000 + benefits | Leicester (on-site) | Travel around East Mids
This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing, ambitious business that's scaling fast.
We're looking for a hands-on, commercially minded HR Business Partner to join a talented HR team and take ownership of the Leicester site's people agenda. This is a genuinely broad, fast-paced role where you'll partner closely with Heads of Department to drive engagement, tackle people challenges, and shape a positive, high-performing culture.
What you'll be doing:
- Partnering with senior leaders across the whole business
- Using people data and monthly MI to identify patterns, understand root causes and drive proactive solutions
- Managing complex ER cases, supporting tribunals, and coaching managers to handle issues confidently
- Overseeing two Advisors, providing guidance and development
- Working closely with your HR Manager counterpart to align strategy across multiple sites
- Challenging and supporting leaders to improve performance, retention and leadership capability
About you:
You'll be a confident, experienced HR Business Partner who enjoys being close to the business - visible, approachable, and proactive. You'll be data-savvy, commercially sharp, and not afraid to challenge when needed.
You'll also bring:
- Strong employee relations experience, ideally including tribunal exposure
- Confidence working in a fast-moving, growing environment
- A balance of strategic insight and hands-on delivery
- The ability to interpret and tell the story behind data
- A can-do, forward-thinking attitude - this isn't a reactive HR role
- CIPD qualification
