Are you an experienced HR Advisor looking to join a fast-paced, dynamic company? My client, a rapidly growing online retailer based in Staffordshire, is seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Advisor to join their team. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide HR advice and support to managers and employees on a range of HR matters, including performance management, employee relations, and HR policies.
- Support recruitment processes, ensuring the business attracts and retains top talent.
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR initiatives, training, and employee engagement strategies.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
- Support the HR Manager with various HR projects as needed.
About You:
- Previous experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within a growing or fast-paced environment.
- Sound knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- High level of attention to detail and organisation.
- CIPD qualification (or equivalent) preferred but not essential.
