Job Description

Macildowie are working with this client based in North Leicestershire to recruit a HR Administrator on a 6-month fixed term contract.

Salary: £26,527 per annum
Contract: Fixed term 6 months
Working arrangement: Hybrid

The Opportunity

Due to a HR transformation project, our client is seeking an organised and proactive HR Administrator to support the team during this period of change.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy and collaborative HR function where you will play a key role in ensuring processes run smoothly, data is accurately maintained, and colleagues receive a professional and timely service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high quality administrative support across the HR function
  • Maintain employee records, ensuring data is accurate and up to date
  • Support onboarding processes and pre-employment checks
  • Assist with issuing contracts, letters and HR documentation
  • Respond to HR queries from managers and employees, escalating where appropriate
  • Support recruitment administration, including interview coordination
  • Update HR systems and trackers, producing reports as required
  • Contribute to the successful delivery of the HR transformation project

About You

  • Previous experience within HR Administration
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident using HR systems and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • A team-focused approach with a proactive mindset
