Interim Senior HR Change Manager
2 days onsite | 8:30-5 | £47,000-£50,000
30 days holiday + enhanced pension
CIPD Level 7 essential
We're partnering with a large, fast-paced organisation undergoing significant organisational change and efficiency transformation. They are now seeking an Interim Senior HR Change Manager to lead from the front and drive a high-impact cost-saving programme.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will manage a small HR team (Admin + HRBP) and take full ownership of the change strategy.
The Role
This is not a steady-state HR role - it's a delivery-focused change assignment.
You will:
- Lead and manage a small interim HR team
- Design and implement restructuring and efficiency programmes
- Develop and execute organisational change strategy
- Advise on cost-saving approaches (voluntary redundancies, redeployment, structural redesign etc.)
- Engage senior stakeholders and influence decision-making
- Ensure legal compliance and best practice throughout change processes
- Drive pace and accountability across the programme
This is a high-visibility role requiring confidence, credibility, and resilience.
What We're Looking For
- Significant experience leading large-scale restructures
- Strong background in efficiency or cost-reduction projects
- Experience delivering organisational design and change programmes
- Confident managing stakeholders in complex environments
- Large, matrixed organisation experience desirable
- CIPD Level 7 qualified
- Comfortable working at pace in a fast-moving environment
