HR Change Manager
6 Month Fixed Term Contract
Salary: £35,608
Hybrid working 2 days onsite

The Opportunity

We are supporting a major transformation programme and are looking for an experienced HR Change Manager to help lead organisational change activity during a critical period.

This is a hands-on, delivery focused role for someone who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, working through complexity and partnering with leaders to implement sustainable change.

You'll be instrumental in supporting restructures, organisational redesign and efficiency initiatives, while ensuring employee relations risk is managed effectively and policies and processes are applied consistently.

What you'll be doing

  • Supporting and delivering large-scale restructuring and change programmes
  • Advising managers on organisational design and cost-saving initiatives
  • Providing expert ER guidance throughout consultation processes
  • Ensuring policy, governance and compliance are adhered to
  • Coaching and influencing stakeholders through periods of change
  • Working closely with HR colleagues to deliver a consistent, people-centred approach

About you

  • You will bring proven experience of managing change in complex or unionised environments and feel confident balancing commercial needs with employee impact.
  • You'll likely have:
  • Strong organisational change and restructure experience
  • Excellent working knowledge of ER processes and employment legislation
  • Experience supporting consultation activity
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders
  • CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent experience)
