Executive Assistant to the Director

An ambitious, fast moving business with exciting plans for continued growth they are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant who will become a trusted partner to the Director, helping to keep the business organised, projects on track and opportunities moving forward.

Job description This is far more than a traditional Executive Assistant role. • Tracking actions, deadlines and deliverables across multiple projects.
  • Preparing presentations, reports, agendas and meeting papers.
  • Taking ownership of meeting actions and ensuring follow up is completed.
  • Supporting supplier, customer and partner relationships.
  • Identifying ways to improve systems, processes and overall efficiency.
  • Managing confidential information with complete discretion.
  • Supporting company events, exhibitions and key business activities.
  • Providing additional operational support wherever needed to help the business succeed.

They are looking for someone who naturally enjoys bringing order to busy environments. You'll be proactive rather than reactive, spotting problems before they arise and finding solutions before anyone else notices. You're highly organised, love creating efficient ways of working and take genuine satisfaction from helping others perform at their best.

You'll be comfortable juggling multiple priorities, remaining calm under pressure and adapting quickly as plans change.
