The Role
Working as part of a busy customer service team, you'll support customers with a variety of enquiries, helping to resolve issues efficiently while delivering a positive experience.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Handling a high volume of inbound customer enquiries
- Supporting customers with ticketing and account-related queries
- Providing assistance with digital accounts and online services
- Resolving queries at first point of contact wherever possible
- Updating customer information accurately across internal systems
- Communicating clearly and professionally across telephone and digital channels
- Working effectively during busy periods when customer demand is high
About You
We're particularly keen to speak with candidates who have previous experience within a contact centre, customer service, ticketing or digital account support environment.
You'll be a confident communicator with strong problem-solving skills, comfortable using multiple systems and able to remain professional when dealing with a high volume of enquiries.
Previous experience within sport isn't essential – strong customer service experience and the ability to pick up new systems quickly are the priorities.
