Sales Executive
Hybrid, Thurmaston
£25,000 + uncapped commission
Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00
Macildowie are working with a leading client based in Leicester (Thurmaston) to recruit a Business Sales Executive for a permanent role within their buzzing sales team. You will play a key part in generating new business opportunities by telephone, handling lead sources including advice‑lines, data lists, incoming calls and web leads, and also self‑generating prospects in the direct market. You will book appointments for the field sales team, maintain accurate diaries, update CRM systems, and work to agreed targets and KPIs. You will also provide cover when colleagues are absent.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong telesales skills; prior experience in tele‑appointing is advantageous
- Experience in B2B sales is advantageous
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (phone and written)
- Good organisational, planning and time management skills
- Comfortable working to targets / KPIs
- IT literate; prior experience using CRM systems required
- Highly motivated, able to work independently with a positive, "can‑do" attitude
