The Opportunity
This role is all about landing and nurturing strategic enterprise clients - often complex, multi-stakeholder organisations with large-scale potential. As part of a highly driven sales team, you'll be responsible for building a targeted pipeline, converting opportunities into long-term partnerships, and embedding value-based selling into every engagement.
You'll own the entire acquisition lifecycle - from prospecting and executive engagement through to close - and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure each account is successfully transitioned into an established revenue stream. Your ability to build trust at board level, understand market drivers, and tailor compelling value propositions will be key to success.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and convert a strategically balanced pipeline of enterprise accounts
- Lead complex deal cycles, collaborating internally to shape tailored, solution-led proposals
- Engage and influence senior decision makers across targeted accounts
- Drive commercial success through robust account planning and insight-driven strategy
- Ensure CRM discipline, accurate forecasting, and reporting aligned with revenue targets
- Support knowledge sharing across the sales function and contribute to a high-performing team culture
Ideal Candidate Profile
- A strong background in consultative, solution-based or enterprise sales
- Experience securing and developing strategic accounts (e.g. 'lighthouse' or Fortune 500 clients)
- A commercial mindset with a track record of delivering multi-million-pound wins
- Confidence navigating complex stakeholder environments and influencing at C-level
- Strong pipeline discipline and CRM knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A collaborative mindset, able to work cross-functionally with marketing, delivery and product teams
