Events Manager - Permanent
Location: Bedford (Hybrid Working)
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + Benefits
Macildowie are working with this client based in Milton Keynes to recruit a talented and proactive Events Manager to lead the planning and delivery of internal communication and engagement events across the business.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a nationally recognised brand in a role that combines strategic planning with hands-on event execution. Working with stakeholders across multiple departments - including the Executive and Senior Leadership teams - you'll play a key role in shaping employee engagement and bringing company culture to life through high-impact events.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a strategic annual events calendar
- Partner with senior leaders to scope, plan and execute UK-wide internal events
- Take full ownership of logistics including site visits, suppliers, invites, RSVPs and on-the-day support
- Manage supplier relationships, ensuring value and delivery expectations are met
- Ensure all events are aligned to company culture, values, and employee experience
- Act as an internal consultant for local event support and planning
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in internal or corporate events management
- Confident communicator with strong influencing and stakeholder management skills
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive, solution-focused and able to work autonomously
- Comfortable managing budgets and working with external suppliers
- Strong PowerPoint skills for event collateral and presentation development
- Willingness to travel to sites across the UK and support events in person
