Marketing Manager (Hybrid in Chesterfield)
£50,000 per annum | Permanent | Full-time | Hybrid Working (2-3 days on-site)
Macildowie are working with this national market-leading client based in Chesterfield to recruit a Marketing Manager for a pivotal role that will shape the marketing strategy of a leading business operating in a national service-based environment.
This position is designed to strengthen the organisation's internal and external communication channels, enhance their digital marketing capabilities and contribute directly to commercial growth. Reporting into the Commercial Finance Director, this position holds real breadth and strategic influence, from supporting major sales bids to leading digital brand presence and coordinating group-wide events. This role has no direct reports.
You will work closely with the UK executive leadership team, external agencies, and international stakeholders, ensuring consistent messaging and brand representation across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and evolve the UK marketing strategy, aligning with growth and transformation goals
- Lead on content development across internal platforms, including SharePoint and intranet
- Manage external agency relationships and oversee campaign delivery across digital, social and print media
- Drive brand visibility via events, PR and LinkedIn campaigns
- Collaborate with sales and HR teams to support employee engagement and new business generation
- Analyse marketing performance and ensure ROI across activities
- Deliver regular marketing review packs for the Executive Leadership Team
About You:
- Extensive experience in marketing and communications, with proven success in brand growth and digital marketing execution
- Able to demonstrate expertise in managing campaigns across digital, PR and event platforms
- Knowledge of complex B2C and B2B communication environments will be advantageous.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Confident with data analysis, marketing KPIs and budget management
- Experience working across multiple business functions in a complex or matrix environment
- Familiarity with intranet, SharePoint and internal communications strategies
- Holds a relevant degree or CIM qualification
