Job Title: Sales Administrator
Location: West Bridgford, Nottingham

Salary: up to £30,000 DOE
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm (1 in 7 Saturdays are required- half day and you get the time back the following Friday afternoon)

We are a dynamic and reputable estate agency based in the heart of West Bridgford, known for delivering exceptional service to buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants. As our business grows, we are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Sales Administrator to support our busy Sales team.
Role Overview:
As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the sales process from instruction to completion. You'll be the backbone of the team, ensuring documentation is accurate, systems are up to date, and clients receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparing property details, sales brochures, and marketing materials
Uploading property listings and updating online portals (Rightmove, Zoopla, company website)
Coordinating appointments for valuations, viewings, and follow-ups
Managing correspondence between vendors, buyers, solicitors, and surveyors
Processing sales offers and issuing relevant documentation
Assisting in the progression of sales through to completion
Maintaining accurate records and CRM data entry
Supporting the sales negotiators and branch manager with daily tasks
Handling incoming calls and front-desk duties when required
General administrative duties such as filing, printing, and office support
Key Skills & Attributes:
Previous experience in estate agency or property administration preferred
Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Confident communicator with a professional and friendly manner
Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn industry software (e.g., Reapit, Vebra, or similar)
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and team player mindset
Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of administration experience (estate agency or property sector desirable)
GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths, minimum grade C/4
Full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential)
