Job Title: Customer Service Administrator
Location: Melton Mowbray
Salary: £26000 - £27000 plus bonus
Hours: Full-time, 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday

The Role
We are looking for a proactive and organised Customer Service Administrator to join our growing team. This is a varied role where you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent service and ensuring all orders, queries, and administrative tasks are handled with accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Handling incoming calls and emails, assisting veterinary practices with product enquiries, orders, and account queries
Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently using internal systems
Updating and maintaining customer records
Investigating and resolving delivery or invoice queries in a timely manner
Liaising with suppliers, couriers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations
Supporting the wider team with general administrative duties
About You
Previous experience in customer service and/or administration is essential
Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional manner
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new systems
Ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment
A team player with a positive attitude
