Administrator Required in Derbyshire
Location: Derbyshire
Type: Full-time Temp ongoing
Pay: £13-£14ph
Role Overview
We are looking for an organised Administrator to support our team with office administration, documentation and project coordination across residential and commercial construction work.
Key Responsibilities
Support project teams with general administration tasks
Manage and maintain accurate project documentation and files
Prepare and update records including correspondence, invoices, purchase orders and contracts
Communicate with clients, suppliers and subcontractors professionally
Assist with reporting, meeting notes and office workflows
Help coordinate between site teams and the office
Requirements
Experience in administration within property, construction or a related sector
Excellent organisational, communication and multitasking skills
Strong skills in Microsoft Office and digital document systems
Attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
Desirable
Familiarity with construction documentation and project coordination
