Job Description

The Role
Reporting to the Commercial Finance Manager, the Finance Analyst will play a key role in delivering high-quality financial and management information to support key decision-making. You'll be heavily involved in business partnering, period-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.


Key Responsibilities Include:

Act as a trusted financial support to business partners and non-finance stakeholders

Prepare weekly financial reports and KPI scorecards

Produce monthly management accounts in line with compliance standards

Support budgeting and forecasting processes

Deliver insightful financial analysis using tools such as Excel and Power BI

Continuously improve and automate reporting processes

Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis for senior leadership

About You

You are a motivated and detail-oriented finance professional who thrives in a dynamic, multi-site environment. You'll have a strong foundation in financial reporting and commercial finance, ideally gained within a logistics, distribution, or supply chain setting.

Requirements:

Qualified or Part-qualified (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) or actively studying towards a professional finance qualification

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar (desirable)

Proven experience in financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting

Strong Excel skills; Power BI experience is a bonus

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Able to build strong relationships across finance and non-finance functions
