Job Description

Part-Time Finance Administrator - 6 Month FTC
Location: Loughborough
Salary: Up to £26,225 (Pro Rata)
Working Pattern: 3 days per week - fixed Tuesdays and Fridays + one flexible day (or split across 5 days)
Start Date: 1st September 2025

We're recruiting a Finance Administrator for a 6-month fixed-term contract with a leading sports organisation based in Loughborough. What you'll be doing:

You'll play a key role in both finance and administrative support, helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations across the organisation.

Finance Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Payable: invoice processing, reconciliations, and resolving queries
  • Liaising with the organisation's Accountant and wider team to ensure accurate and timely finance administration

Admin & Reception Responsibilities:

  • Front desk duties: answering phones and welcoming visitors as part of the wider admin team
  • Organising meetings, preparing basic documentation, and supporting general admin tasks
  • Providing flexible support across the organisation where needed

About you:

We're looking for a dynamic and adaptable professional with:

  • Previous experience in Accounts Payable
  • Confidence dealing with queries and working with finance systems
  • A proactive and team-oriented approach, comfortable handling a mix of finance and admin tasks
