Job Description
Macildowie are working with a highly successful client based in Leicestershire who are looking for a temporary Finance Analyst. This role will be reporting into an experienced Finance Manager within a Finance team of three.
Day Rate: £150-200 per day
Employment type: Temporary assignment (likely 3 to 6 months)
Working arrangement: Full-time, office-based initially with ability to work 2 days from home after training.
Key responsibilities include:Preparation of accruals, prepayments and balance-sheet reconciliations; allocating costs across different divisions; monthly reporting with variance commentary; forecasting and budgeting for cost centres; managing leasing model and company car account reconciliations; reporting and process improvement.
Candidate profile:
- Proven experience working within a larger business in a finance role
- Experience of analysis, reconciliations, forecasting, budgeting and reporting.
- Strong Excel skills
- Analytical mindset
- Being comfortable to business partner with non-finance stakeholder
- Excellent attention to detail
