Junior Finance Analyst
Location: Leicester (Hybrid 3 days in the office, 2 days remote)
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Dependent on experience

As a Junior Finance Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the Finance Team with reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to help guide commercial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation of monthly commercial reports
- Work closely with other departments to provide financial insights and support business planning
- Support the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insightful variance analysis
- Maintain and improve financial models and reporting tools
- Assist in preparing margin analysis reports for senior management
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial information across systems
You will be/have:
- Part-Qualified/ Early stages CIMA/ACCA
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain financial information clearly
- Eager to learn and develop within a finance function
