Interim Payroll Change Specialist - Bicester - Up to £400/day - Hybrid Working
Macildowie are working with this client based in Bicester to recruit an Interim Payroll Change Specialist to support a key payroll transformation project. This role is anticipated to run until April/May and will focus on transitioning payroll operations to an outsourced provider.
The role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with on-site collaboration in Bicester alongside remote flexibility. A competitive day rate of up to £400 is on offer, depending on experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the extraction of payroll data from the existing internal system
- Oversee data cleansing to ensure accuracy and integrity
- Contribute to the development and documentation of new payroll processes
- Support the migration and handover to the external provider
- Liaise with key internal stakeholders to ensure continuity and compliance
Ideal candidate:
- Demonstrates experience in payroll transformation or systems change
- Has worked on payroll data extraction and migration projects
- Brings a strong understanding of payroll compliance and best practice
- Able to start promptly and work independently with minimal handholding
