The Opportunity
This is a high-impact leadership role where your insight will directly shape the company's growth and profitability. You'll lead the FP&A function to deliver the analysis, reporting, and forward-looking insight that drives commercial decisions and operational performance. Working closely with supply chain, commercial, and operational teams, you'll ensure the business understands what's driving revenue, where costs can be optimised, and where investment will deliver the best returns.
What You'll Deliver
- Lead and develop the FP&A team, ensuring they deliver timely, accurate, and actionable insight across the business.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, and scenario modelling, translating numbers into clear recommendations for senior leaders.
- Partner with commercial and supply chain teams to analyse revenue drivers, cost structures, and operational performance, helping the business maximise margins and profitability.
- Provide financial analysis to support pricing, product mix, capital investments, and strategic initiatives.
- Drive improvements in FP&A processes, tools, and analytics, ensuring the team is a trusted, proactive business partner.
- Present complex financial information in a clear, actionable way to support decision-making at all levels.
Who You Are
- A commercially minded finance leader with proven experience running FP&A in a fast-moving or growth-focused environment.
- Skilled at influencing senior stakeholders through insight, analysis, and strategic advice.
- Experienced in working with supply chain, commercial, or operational teams to deliver tangible business outcomes.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to develop and motivate a high-performing team.
- Proficient with financial systems and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, advanced Excel).
