HR Advisor (Temporary - 6 Months)

Pay Rate: £15- £16 per hour
Contract: Temporary, 6 months
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 per week (or part time 30 hours a week)
Location: Nottingham

Macildowie Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a valued client with the recruitment of a temporary HR Advisor to cover a 6-month period.
This is an excellent opportunity for a HR professional to gain experience in a fast-paced, supportive team environment while contributing to employee relations, recruitment, HR operations, and change management initiatives.

The Role

• Provide HR advice and guidance on employee relations cases (attendance, performance, and disciplinary matters).
• Support change management processes, helping managers and staff navigate organisational changes effectively.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and payroll processes (working alongside Finance).
• Manage day-to-day HR queries via the shared inbox.
• Contribute to HR projects such as reporting, policy updates, and survey analysis.
• Build effective working relationships with managers and staff across the organisation
