The Role
As People Partner for the South region, you'll be the go-to for leaders and managers, supporting our largest operational site in Milton Keynes as well as other regional South offices. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you'll work closely with the senior leadership team to deliver a people agenda that supports both operational success and cultural growth.
You will:
- Partner with leaders to coach, guide and support on ER, performance, retention and leadership capability.
- Build trusted relationships, offering proactive solutions and encouraging creative, people-first thinking.
- Use data and insights to drive decision-making across engagement, sickness, benefits, and hiring metrics.
- Contribute to wider People projects spanning training, performance, reward and engagement.
- Act as a key link between the South region and the wider People team.
About You
We're looking for someone with:
- CIPD Level 3 (minimum) or equivalent experience.
- Strong HR generalist background, ideally as a Senior HR Advisor or People Partner.
- Confidence in coaching leaders and supporting senior stakeholders.
- A collaborative, flexible style - you'll bring guidance without rigidity.
- Knowledge of UK employment law and the ability to balance compliance with creativity.
