Salary: £50,000
Location: Staffordshire (National travel required)
Working pattern: Onsite 4 days per week

I am working exclusively with a leading organisation seeking a HR Manager to lead and develop their People Services function, ensuring efficient, compliant, and people-focused delivery across the full employee lifecycle. This role is perfect for a high energy individual that thrives in a dynamic environment!
Reporting into the HR Director, you'll play a key role in driving operational excellence, supporting organisational change, and developing a culture that truly puts people first.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the HR operations team, ensuring an exceptional level of service delivery.
- Oversee all employee relations activity, including complex and high-risk casework.
- Drive policy development, process improvement, and compliance with employment legislation.
- Manage payroll and employee benefits, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business needs.
- Deliver and interpret HR data and insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to embed a values-led, high-performance culture.
- Support the design and delivery of people management and leadership training.
About you:
- CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in a senior HR advisory or HR management role.
- Skilled in leading HR operations, managing ER casework, and delivering data-led insights.
- Experienced in managing and developing a small team.
- Organised, solutions-focused, and comfortable influencing at all levels.
- A genuine passion for creating a supportive and engaging employee experience.
