Sitting at the heart of a high-growth environment, this role offers scope to influence organisational design, talent strategy and leadership capability across key business areas.

The Role

You will partner closely with senior stakeholders to deliver HR solutions aligned to ambitious business goals. With significant exposure across the organisation, you'll lead People Plans, drive structural improvements, and support cultural and performance transformation.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead People Plans across multiple business areas

• Drive organisational design and workforce planning

• Support talent, development and succession strategies

• Coach leaders on proactive HR/ER practice

• Contribute to transformation and change programmes

• Use people data to influence strategic decisions

• Build scalable HR frameworks and processes

About You

You will bring:

• HR partnering experience in fast-paced, complex environments

• Experience supporting Head Office or central functions

• Strong knowledge of OD, talent, engagement and ER

• Ability to influence senior leaders with credibility

• A resilient, proactive, solutions-focused approach

• Strong analytical capability
