Principal Estates Surveyor - Cannock Chase & Stafford Councils

I am delighted to have been retained by Cannock Chase District Council and Stafford Borough Council to recruit a permanent Chartered Principal Estates Surveyor role for their shared services property team

This is a fantastic opportunity for the right individual to develop their career and make a meaningful contribution across this shared services property function and the wider regeneration strategy

You'll be experienced in corporate property and be able to demonstrate;

· Strong expertise in strategic asset and estate management
· Proven experience in capital asset valuation and regulatory compliance
· Effective negotiation and leadership skills to drive property transactions
· Strong analytical abilities to oversee asset data and inform key decisions
