Building Surveyor

I'm delighted to have been retained to recruit this role on behalf of my client - a leading community organisaiton working across the Birmingham region

The role has been created following internal promotions - it's a great position for someone who is looking for a blend of interesting work, a supportive working culture and work / life balance (35 hours per week with hybrid working arrangements)

The successful candidate will have a strong property background and surveying experience (including the management of minor works contracts). Central to the role will be leading the planned, cyclical and legislative maintenance and developing net zero strategies

This role would suit an experienced indiividual looking for a position that offers genuine work life balance, within an stimulating work environment or as a development position for a less experienced surveyor (support and development can be provided)

The salary and package headlines are;

- £45k salary (35 hour working week)

- 28 days holiday

- 12% employer pension contribution

- Hybrid working - two days in the office per week
