Marketing Manager - Commercial Strategy & Campaigns

Location: Loughborough (Hybrid - 2 to 3 days/week on site)
Contract: Full-Time
Salary: £32,000 - £35,000

The Opportunity

As Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Lead the development and delivery of targeted B2B and B2C campaigns across services such as training, qualifications, awards, and membership engagement.
  • Collaborate across three core departments to centralise marketing efforts and define campaign priorities and objectives.
  • Own the B2B promotional strategy - including press outreach, awards campaigns, and commercial messaging with national and regional partners.
  • Work with external stakeholders to build a consistent and compelling voice in the market.
  • Measure and report performance against KPIs, aligning marketing impact with wider commercial and revenue goals.

About You

  • Proven experience in marketing management, ideally across both B2B and B2C channels.
  • Skilled in campaign delivery, media relations, content planning, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong commercial acumen - you understand how marketing supports lead generation and drives growth.
  • Excellent communicator who can tailor tone and messaging across platforms and audiences.
