Business Development Manager
Midlands, hybrid
Up to £50,000 + commission + car
Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:30
Macildowie are partnering with a well-established and growing organisation to recruit a Business Development Manager to drive new business acquisition and strategic growth.
The Role
This is a senior, commercially focused role where you'll be responsible for identifying, winning, and developing new business opportunities while building a strong pipeline for long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities
- Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Building long-term relationships with key decision-makers
- Developing and executing a structured business development strategy
- Accurately forecasting, reporting, and managing pipeline performance
About You
- Proven experience in a Business Development or New Business role
- Strong track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
- Confident operating at senior stakeholder level
- Commercially astute with a consultative sales approach
- Comfortable working autonomously and strategically
