What's In It For You
If you are motivated by delivery, pace and seeing projects through from concept to launch, this role offers genuine ownership and visibility, not just support from the sidelines. This opportunity is designed for someone who wants more than just a title … it's about impact, exposure and development.

- Career-enhancing experience: gaining structured project delivery exposure in a complex FMCG setting
- A high-performing, collaborative team: ranked highly internally for engagement and culture
- Future potential: strong prospects for longer-term opportunities for the right individual
This is a role where you build credibility quickly, develop resilience and sharpen your commercial awareness in a fast-moving environment.

- Monitor write-offs and cost recovery relating to artwork, ingredients and trials
- Maintain KPI trackers and performance reporting

- Raise purchase orders and support SAP-based processes
- Own lower-complexity accounts and maintain strong customer relationships
- Identify continuous improvement and volume growth opportunities
This role touches multiple areas of the business daily, ideal for someone who enjoys variety, pace and accountability.
About You
To thrive in this environment, you will bring:
- Experience within manufacturing, packaging or FMCG (desirable)
- SAP system experience (desirable)
- Exposure to project coordination or commercialisation activity
- Strong Excel capability and numerical confidence
- An understanding of cost control and operational constraints
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- Confidence in customer-facing situations (virtual and in-person)
- A proactive, resilient mindset with enthusiasm for learning
- A full UK driving licence
This is not a clock-watching role. It suits someone who is naturally curious, proactive, driven and comfortable operating in 'organised chaos.
Why This Opportunity Stands Out
You will gain hands-on experience delivering projects within a large-scale contract manufacturing environment; understanding how operational capability, commercial awareness and customer expectation align.
For someone looking to deepen their manufacturing exposure and strengthen their project management capability, this contract offers meaningful development and tangible outcomes.
