Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Nottingham City Centre (NG1)
Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 per annum
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm (No weekends)

Key Responsibilities

  • Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat

  • Resolving issues efficiently while maintaining a professional and friendly approach

  • Accurately updating customer records and managing account information

  • Liaising with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

  • Delivering excellent service that reflects our company values


What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in customer service (contact centre, retail, hospitality, etc.) preferred

  • Strong communication skills - both written and verbal

  • A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to remain calm under pressure

  • Good computer literacy and confidence with learning new systems

  • A team player who's eager to learn and develop professionally
