Job Description
This is a fast-paced, office-based position that requires outstanding organisational ability, accuracy, and communication skills. You'll be responsible for handling client enquiries, managing administrative workflows, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities
- Managing client onboarding and the customer journey, including scheduling, booking, and responding to enquiries
- Handling large volumes of data updates, transactions, and time-sensitive tasks with precision
- Conducting compliance checks (GDPR, ID verification, document reviews, AML-type processes)
- Reconciling accounts, analysing documents, and resolving discrepancies daily
- Maintaining accurate records, spreadsheets, and system updates
- Collaborating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
The successful candidate will need the following:
- Extensive administration experience
- Strong compliance and regulatory knowledge
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data administration
- Proven ability to manage high workloads efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised, proactive, and confident in managing end-to-end administrative workflows
