Job description: Service Sales Representative
Responsible for adding new customers to the Service Department portfolio, to quote all new enquiries for Service works worldwide and to remind existing customers when annual servicing is due.
Responsibilities:
- Sales of servicing and upgrade packages to customers worldwide
- Initial enquiry
- Liaison with the Service Engineers to establish information where required
- Producing initial quotation for travel, any associated parts required and required engineer time on site
- Following up on quotations
- Processing purchase orders
- Final invoicing
- To pick up on any enquiries received from customers worldwide and to produce initial quotations for all works associated with the request.
- This includes but is not limited to costing flights, accommodation, transport in country, visa costs and internal travel.
- To collate information regarding any associated sales costs of parts required and to produce a quotation for the works.
- To communicate with the customer any technical aspect of the works with the assistance of the Service Engineers.
