We are partnering with a leading business to recruit a Senior Finance Manager based in Milton Keynes. This is a senior role responsible for delivering accurate financial reporting while developing and leading a high-performing finance team. You will act as a trusted business partner to the Site Leadership Team and play a key role in driving financial performance and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce timely, accurate management accounts and forecasts.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to drive financial performance.
- Identify risks and opportunities, taking action to protect and grow the business.
- Improve financial processes to increase efficiency and value-add capacity.
- Oversee cost control across overheads and capital spend.
- Lead, develop, and inspire the finance team.
Candidate Experience:
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
- Proven experience in reporting, control, and financial management.
- Track record of managing and developing a finance team.
- Strong Excel and systems skills.
- Commercial, proactive, and a confident business partner.
