Are you a pragmatic and creative HR BP?

Are you looking for an environment where you can work collaboratively to launch new HR initiatives and take ownership of your business area?

I am working with a leading organisation with a diverse business model to support a HR BP to support their corporate head office functions. You will develop a people agenda for your business units, working closely with senior stakeholders to drive business change which will support in wider business targets being hit!

This is a truly generalist role that will see the HR Business Partner engaging in all aspects of HR including, but not limited to, engagement, employee relations, recruitment and talent pipelining, learning and development and rewards and benefits and organisational development.

There will be real variety to this role as the HR Business Partner will work to ensure that the HR strategy is truly adopted into the operations of the business.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a role to stretch them and where they will gain true autonomy in their role. Working closely with the Head of HR you will have first line access to a valuable peer and partner for you to learn from. The ideal person must be able to demonstrate a strong coaching style, and be an engaging communicator able to achieve credibility quickly from senior managers.

This could be a great opportunity for an established HR BP to join a business and hit the ground running in driving change, but the HR Director is also open to developing a more junior HR BP/Senior HR Advisor into the role if they had the experience managing technical stakeholder groups.
