    Position Overview:

    As a Purchase Ledger Clerk, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of invoices, maintaining financial records, and supporting the finance department's day-to-day operations.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Process and reconcile supplier invoices promptly and accurately.
    • Match invoices to purchase orders and resolve discrepancies.

    Position Overview:

    As a Payroll Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for employees. We are looking for an individual with at least 2 years of payroll experience who possesses strong knowledge of payroll processes, including Statutory Sick Pay (SSP). Experience with Sage payroll software would be beneficial, and a CIPP qualification would be a plus, although not essential.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
    • Maintain payroll records and ensure data integrity.
    • Calculate and administer Statutory Sick Pay (SSP) as required.
    • Handle employee queries related to payroll and benefits.
    • Assist in year-end payroll processes, including P60s and P11Ds.
    • Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure accurate payroll data.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll administration.
    • Experience with Sage payroll software would be advantageous.

    Salary:

    Position Overview:

    The Purchase Ledger Assistant plays a vital role in the finance department, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of invoices and payments. We are looking for a candidate with previous experience in a fast-paced, high-volume finance environment. While experience within purchase ledger is desirable, it is not essential, as full training will be provided.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Process and manage a high volume of invoices efficiently and accurately.
    • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
    • Assist with supplier payments and maintain payment records.
    • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely processing of invoices.
    • Provide support in maintaining accurate financial records.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-volume finance environment is essential.
    • Experience within purchase ledger is desirable but not essential.
    • Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems, with full training provided on Efax.

If so, we have a great opportunity for a Senior Payroll Officer at a company based in the Mansfield area.

    Role and Responsibilities:

    As a Senior Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing payroll processes to ensure accurate and timely payment for valued employees. Your key responsibilities will include:

    • Managing end-to-end payroll operations, from data collection to processing and distribution
    • Utilising payroll systems, including iTrent (training provided if needed), to maintain accurate employee records and manage payroll transactions
    • Collaborating with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll discrepancies and address employee inquiries
    • Ensuring compliance with relevant payroll regulations and legal requirements
    • Mentoring and supporting junior members of the payroll team, if applicable

    Qualifications and Skills:

    To excel in this role, you will need:

    • Proven experience in payroll management, with a deep understanding of payroll systems and processes
    • Familiarity with iTrent or other payroll software (experience with iTrent is a plus, but not mandatory; training will be provided)
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate calculations and data entry
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
    • Problem-solving abilities to address complex payroll-related issues
    • High level of integrity when dealing with sensitive employee information
